Trevor Thompson, MD

I’m Trevor Thompson, a third-year Internal Medicine resident at Vanderbilt with a passion for cardiology, precision medicine, and building tech-driven solutions to improve patient care. I earned my M.D. from Meharry Medical College, completed a research year focused on kidney disease genetics, and led a QI project improving breast cancer screening follow-up for non-English-speaking women. I founded ModernXMedicine to honor overlooked pioneers in medicine, share groundbreaking studies, and inspire the next generation through storytelling and design.
